β€’1/3 cup hummus
β€’2 slices cucumber , sliced lengthwise
β€’Handful of fresh spinach leaves
β€’Sliced tomato (depending on size of the tomatoes)
β€’1/4 avocado , sliced
β€’Fresh alfalfa or broccoli sprouts
β€’Fresh microgreens
β€’Basil leaves , if desired

Cooking Instructions

    Spread the hummus on the bottom 1/3 of the wrap, about 1/2 inch from the bottom edge but spreading out the the side edges.
