β€’green onions to taste
β€’gochujang sauce to taste
β€’4 cups kale, sliced
β€’1 cup kimchi, chopped
β€’1 teaspoon oil
β€’toasted seaweed powder to taste
β€’toasted sesame seeds to taste
β€’4 ounces shiitake, sliced
β€’8 ounces soba noodles
