1 lb spaghetti
1.5 lbs ground beef
0.5 lb Italian sausage
24 oz marinara sauce
8 oz cream cheese, softened
1 cup sour cream
1 cup cottage cheese
4 tbsp butter, melted
2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
1 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 tsp Italian seasoning
salt and pepper to taste

Cooking Instructions

    Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Cook spaghetti according to package directions until al dente. Drain and toss with melted butter. Set aside.

    In a large skillet over medium-high heat, brown ground beef and Italian sausage with minced garlic until fully cooked. Drain excess fat.

    Add marinara sauce and Italian seasoning to the meat. Simmer for 5 minutes. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

    In a medium bowl, combine softened cream cheese, sour cream, and cottage cheese until smooth and well blended.
