Asafoetida – a pinch
Coriander powder – 3 teaspoons
Cumin seeds – 1 teaspoon
Green chilies – 4, chopped finely
Oil – 2 tablespoons
Potatoes – 1 ¾ cups, cubed
Red chili powder – 1 teaspoon
Salt – to taste
Sesame seeds – 1 tablespoon
Spinach – 2 ½ cups, chopped
Turmeric powder – ½ teaspoon
Yogurt – 2 tablespoons

    Heat the pan on medium heat. Once hot, add sesame seeds and toast them till they are little brown and you get nice nutty fragrant.
