β€’1 tbsp balsamic glaze (I use Delallo)
β€’1 lb brussels sprouts, stems trimmed and cut in half
β€’1/4 tsp kosher salt
β€’4 long wooden skewers
β€’2 tbsp olive oil
β€’fresh cracked black pepper
