A perfectly seasoned, incredibly moist air fryer chicken breast with a golden exterior and tender interior. This foolproof method delivers restaurant-quality results in just 15 minutes!

Main CoursesEasy

Ingredients

4 pieces boneless skinless chicken breasts (6-8 oz each)
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon paprika
1 teaspoon onion powder
1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
1 teaspoon salt
½ teaspoon black pepper
¼ teaspoon baking powder

Cooking Instructions

  1. 01

Pat chicken breasts completely dry with paper towels. If uneven thickness, pound to an even 1-inch thickness for uniform cooking.

  2. 02

In a small bowl, mix together garlic powder, paprika, onion powder, Italian seasoning, salt, black pepper, and baking powder.

  3. 03

Brush both sides of chicken breasts with olive oil, then generously season with the spice mixture, rubbing it into the meat.

  4. 04

Preheat air fryer to 375°F (190°C) for 3-5 minutes.

  5. 05

Place chicken breasts in the air fryer basket in a single layer, not touching. Cook for 12-15 minutes, flipping halfway through.

  6. 06

Check internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C) with a meat thermometer at the thickest part.

  7. 07

Remove from air fryer and let rest for 5 minutes before slicing. This allows juices to redistribute for maximum tenderness.

Review

The Caprese Salad Skewers recipe was a triumph! I prepared them for a party's barbecue and everyone loved them. The basil was so aromatic, the mozzarella so fresh, and the skewers were the perfect size and an appropriate.
