β€’1 pound small yellow potatoes, halved
β€’2 cups fruity red wine, such as Pinot Noir
β€’3 rosemary sprigs

Cooking Instructions

    In a large, deep skillet, cook the bacon slices over moderate heat until crisp, about 6 minutes. Using a slotted spoon, transfer the bacon to a plate.
