β€’1 tablespoon olive oil
β€’1.75 cups baby spinach leaves 400 grams
β€’5/8 cup cherry tomatoes, halved 125 grams

β€’1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar or vinegar of your choice

Cooking Instructions
