β€’1 garlic clove, minced
β€’ΒΌ tsp ground pepper
β€’1 tbsp hummus
β€’1 tsp olive oil
β€’2 cups (lightly packed) spinach, thinly sliced
β€’1 medium sweet potato

Cooking Instructions
