β€’1 small onion, finely chopped
β€’1 cup dry white wine
β€’1 lb mussels, scrubbed clean
β€’1 stalk parsley, use only the leaves-finely chopped
β€’1 tablespoon unsalted butter, melted
β€’1 lemon, quartered and cut into small pieces
β€’salt to taste
β€’1 dash black pepper
β€’French bread, sliced
β€’olive oil
β€’2 cloves garlic, finely chopped

Cooking Instructions

    In a small pot, add the melted butter, and then garlic, onions, lemon, and chopped parsley leaves.
