β€’2 tbsp olive oil
β€’2 onions, chopped
β€’Β½ tsp each ground cinnamon, coriander and cumin
β€’2 large courgettes, cut into chunks
β€’2 chopped tomatoes
β€’400g can chickpea, rinsed and drained
β€’4 tbsp raisin
β€’425ml vegetable stock
β€’300g frozen pea
β€’chopped coriander, to serve

Cooking Instructions
