Preheat the broiler.
Put the tuna, tomatoes, pickle and the Garden Vegetable Wedge a bowl.
Combine. Now, I almost stopped right there and just put the on a slice of toast but I wanted to try this Tuna Melt idea. So I put the tuna salad on a wrap and topped with the grated minibabybel.Again, I used 2 small wraps but you could use 1 big one as well.
Put the wrap(s) under the broiler just long enough to melt the cheese but not crisp the wrap. I did exactly 2 minutes and the edges of the wrap were just starting to curl.
Roll like a burrito and enjoy with some grape tomatoes and pickles on the side!Iβm going to give you the nutritional information just for the tuna salad and cheese minus the wrap. This way you can add in your specific wraps calories and such.Hope you like it! :)
