β€’4 burrito sized tortillas, sliced into wedges
β€’3-10 oz. cans diced tomatoes
β€’1/2 bunch cilantro, washed
β€’1/4 teaspoon cumin
β€’1 large clove garlic, roughly chopped
β€’1/2 tablespoon garlic infused olive oil
β€’1 jalapeno, seeded and roughly chopped
β€’1 lime, juiced
β€’zest of 1 lime
β€’1/2 teaspoon pepper
β€’1/3 cup diced red onion
β€’1/2 tablespoon salt

Cooking Instructions

    Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
